Road America 500, September 1964

Ken Miles in the Shelby Cobra with Shelby’s personal racing number led Jim Hall in the Corvette Grand Sport. The Cobra of Ken Miles finished first in the GT class and second overall with Al Holbert as co-driver. The Corvette Grand Sport driven by Roger Penske, Hap Sharp and Jim Hall finished third overall.
